The Terms.

The Drakos plugin is a free download. What we sell is a license key, required to actually use Drakos. You can purchase keys with prepaid time blocks of 30, 90, or 180 days, plus a single paid trial block per account. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewal: when a key's time runs out, nothing further is charged and the automation stops until more time is purchased.

Creating an account or purchasing a block constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Please register with an email address you control. However, you are more than welcome to use a throwaway email for this purpose. Keys and receipts are delivered to your email. You are responsible for keeping your Drakos account password secure and for activity that happens under your Drakos account. The paid trial block is limited to one per account. Any duplicate trial purchase is refunded rather than fulfilled.

A key is personal and non-transferable, and may not be resold. Each key supports one active session at a time: if a key connects while it is already in use elsewhere, one session may displace the other, and the displaced session finishes its current action and stops. We do not track whose hands a key is in. The single-session limit is the enforcement mechanism. Therefore, please keep your account and key secure to avoid your own session being kicked by an unauthorized user who has access to your key.

If your key is leaked or stolen, contact support at [email protected], or message us on Discord. We will revoke your key and issue a replacement carrying your remaining time.

A new block extends a key from its current expiry, or from the moment of purchase if the key has already expired, whichever is later. Time elapses on the calendar, not on usage. That is, an active block counts down whether or not you actually use Drakos.

This includes game patches. Major FFXIV patches typically break all plugins for a period of days several times a year, and purchased time continues to elapse during those windows. Depending on how long Drakos is unusable, we may prolong the license duration of each key. However, this does not constitute a guarantee under these terms.

Refund requests go to support at [email protected] or via Discord. A chargeback automatically revokes the key the payment funded. We reserve the right to cancel the account should a chargeback be triggered.

Some uses of Drakos may violate Square Enix's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Square Enix, and we do not encourage anyone to break their terms. We ask users to use Drakos in a way that is responsible and compliant with Square Enix's Terms of Service.

Nevertheless, using Drakos is your decision and your risk. If Square Enix suspends or bans your game account, that does not by itself entitle you to a refund. However, depending on the circumstances, we may provide refunds or credits.

You may not crack, patch, or redistribute modified builds of the plugin; probe, attack, or overload the license service or the account portal; resell keys; or use Drakos in ways that are unlawful where you live. We may revoke keys involved in any of the above. For ordinary misuse we refund unused time; keys involved in cracking or payment fraud are revoked without refund.

Drakos requires a live connection to our license service to run. Our uptime target is 99.9%, published on the status page. When the service is unreachable, the plugin stops gently: it completes its current action, then goes idle. We are a small operation; if an outage costs you a meaningful amount of time, contact support and we will credit or refund it.

Drakos is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including consequences to your game account, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's jurisdiction in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

These terms are versioned and dated at the top. Material changes are announced on the updates page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
